In defence of Peace

Yes! There are attacks on peace in India since decades. The attacks are so professionally designed and they are manipulated – in the name terrorism, religion, politics besides many others– which influence the common people and make them violent. India is a peaceful country where multi faiths co-exist. But our so called leaders, who influence masses, train the innocent people by manipulating the truth and presenting them in a more cunning way.

One of its kind is Paras Rajput – self-claimed patriot of this great nation, India. He preaches open hatred among the innocent audience, who in turn fill their heart with hatred for the fellow Indians, living in the same country. His seminars aim at hurting the sentiments of the section of the population who strongly believe in the Indian Union. Here are some of his allegations on Islam and refutation given in the right context.
Islam is no doubt a Missionary Religion; it encourages peaceful actions and speeches, and commands its followers to invite others in a peaceful way, with wisdom and beautiful preaching. Forceful conversion is totally prohibited in Islam. The Holy Quran says “There is not a compulsion in religion, truth stands our clear from error” (2:256). Muslims are governed by the rules that the relationship with non-Muslims should be based on justice, mutual respect, co-operation and communication. The Qur’an is very explicit about the justice part of the relationship when Allah stated in verse 60:8 “Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just.”
